Eastern Community Legal Centre (ECLC) offers free legal assistance from its offices in Box Hill, Boronia and Healesville during the day, at night and also at outreach locations across Melbourne’s east.
A group of concerned residents, legal and community workers established the Centre in 1974 to provide free and professional legal advice to the community. ECLC has since assisted many thousands of people to understand and access the legal system.
ECLC offers free legal advice in a range of areas during business hours and also during the evening to people living in the local government areas of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse and the Yarra Ranges.
